JOHN PIPER : FINE ART SOCIETY | LONDON

THE HARBOUR AT DARK

Our friends at FAS are holding a show of John Piper's work, from all 7 decades he was active. Highly recommend purchasing one of the designs he did for the North Thames Gas Board, they may be small but are incredibly beautiful - we would if we could!

INTERIORS INSPIRATION : HOTEL ERMITAGE | ST TROPEZ

When we were last in Paris our friend, the Irish gentle man Bryan O'Sullivan, kindly took us to Hotel Amour for a lovely bruncheon. From the design to the eclectic mix of people, we  fell in love with the space and got very excited when we recently found out that owner, Andre, had another joint down in St Tropez.
In a similar style to his Parisian space, Andre managed to pull in different designers through his long list of contacts, including the likes of Marc Newson, to design the 27 room hotel. The 50's, rather unpretentious feel looks perfect for the buildings it's located in.
