PARK OF THE MONSTERS: SACRO BOSCO GARDENS | BOMARZO

This incredibly enchanting garden was created by Prince Vicino Orsini in the 16th Century in the foot of a valley with Villa Orsini. A stark contrast to the manicured gardens around Italy but without question is our favourite.

RESTAURANT: PITT CUE CO

For those of you who didnt know, Pitt Cue Co was distributing some of London's finest ribs and pulled pork from a trailer under the Southbank. They've taken it one step further and have their own space now in Newburgh St. We'll be heading there shortly for a feast!

ARTIST: POLLY MORGAN

The Uk's most creative Taxidermist. We first saw Morgan's work at Haunch of Venison a few years ago and have followed her since. We recently purchased her book and suggest you do the same, see the below link for further details.

INTERIORS INSPIRATION: TRINITY COLLEGE LIBRARY | DUBLIN

With over 5 million books, this incredibly impressive library is the largest of it's kind in Ireland. This particular part of the building is known as the 'Long Room' and is one of Ireland's biggest tourist attractions. We're certainly not famous for being the biggest readers in town and the site of this many books would normally make us feel a little faint but if any space was going to inspire us to sit down and read book after book, one would be hard pushed to find one more so then here.
