Del Popolo translates exactly to 'the people'. The name epitomises Jon Darsky's goal: to bring a Neapolitan pizza to the streets of San Francisco. The generic claim of bringing the creme-de-la-creme of Italian pizza to another country has been witnessed the world over. Darsky, however, sources and exports the finest of Italian ingredients to bring San Francisco the real deal. The innovative design is both sharp and sleek, using a brick wood-fired oven to create his masterpieces. This really does take 'burger van' to the next level, leaving us with the perfect mix of creativity and classic Italian recipe's.
