SCOTTISH LEATHER LIBRARY CHAIR

SCOTLAND: LATE 19th CENTURY

We'll admit that we stumbled across this piece rather randomly, though we are thankful for it. Made by Morison & Co in Edinburgh, Scotland, the piece has it's original leather, buttoned back, metal studded detail around the edges and it's original iron casters, with its shape similar to that of other tub chairs of the Victorian period. Although similar it shape to it's age group family, this exact style of piece one doesn't see often.
